A bad day at the office or the Bulls who were 2 0 at ES by second place Kings Lynn who came with a gameplan and organisation that Bulls struggled to break down.
Ryan Green failed a pre match fitness test and with Mills not fit enough to start Beads started with a 4 1 4 1 formation that saw Symmons isolated too often as the sole striker.
Best team won on the day but some of their tactics were disappointing with diving, faking injury and managing a weak referee all in their game plan.

Horsell 5 Beaten at near post for the KL 2nd goal. Overall KL did not force him into many saves.
Oates 6 The normally reliable skipper made an error that let a KL striker get a run on goal for their 2nd goal. A bit more controversally KL “managed” the referee very well yesterday and as skipper maybe he should have countered it to a greater degree?
Deaman 6 A couple of good early interventions but use of the ball poor at times and struggled to win headers against Gash, the visitors CF.
O’Shea 8 MOTM . Not at fault for either goal and generally did well. Unlucky not to score when a header appeared to be tipped over the bar by a full back!
Bowen 7.5 Did well on the left and got forward well as the Bulls chased the game.
Myrie-Williams 4 Far too quiet and made no real impact in the game.
Murphy 8 solid game anchoring the midfield.
Refell 6 Played mainly on the left and not as effective as usual. Missed a couple good chances, heading against the bar and taking too long to shoot when 1 on 1 with visitors keeper.
Richards 6 played in CM as Murphy fulfilled the holding role. Struggled to make an impact.
Haysham 7 Often involved in Bulls best moves but picked up a foolish booking for pulling a visiting players hairband off!
Symmo 7 Battled hard again tough uncompromising CB’s. Lacked a player being close enough for lay offs etc.

Mills 6 Introduced after the Bulls had gone 2 0 down. Not enough time to make a real impact.
Smith 6 Played on right as Bulls reshuffled after falling 2 behind.
    Bird NR

Referee 3 Out iof his depth. poor decision making and allowed KL to “manage” him. Did not stamp out time wasting or the theatrics from the visitors. 8 yellow cards most of which were unecessary.

Fans 5 A good turn out but quiet at times. Sadly a few involved in trouble in ES after the game near the visiting fans exit.

Beads watch. Unlucky to lose Green from a solid defence but the 4 1 4 1 formation did not work fluently with Symmo too often isolated. Formation looked confused after the double substitution of bring Mills and Smith on. Plenty to work on ahead of Tuesday.
